Hi, I’m Natasha, and I’ve spent my life navigating Chaos—learning how to understand it, live with it, and, eventually, harness it.

For years, Chaos felt like the uninvited guest in my life, dictating my choices, my circumstances, and my emotions. But somewhere along the way, I stopped seeing it as my enemy and started studying it.

What I discovered became Bated Chaos: a way of taking control of life’s unpredictability by working with it rather than fighting against it.

This isn’t about forcing yourself into rigid systems or striving for unattainable perfection. It’s about learning to pause, to observe, and to approach life with intention, even when the world feels overwhelming. Here, I combine insights from my rigorous studies and everyday life experience to create a guide that’s practical, approachable, and tailored to you.

From the time I was seven years old, I wanted to learn everything. Not just what was expected of me in school (though that would’ve been nice), but everything there was to know about the human experience: how we work, how we heal, how we think, and how we connect. This curiosity wasn’t academic—it was survival. I didn’t just want to learn about life; I wanted to figure out how to live it better.

I started devouring information anywhere I could find it—on a dial-up internet connection, through books, through endless questions no one seemed to have all the answers for. Psychology, biology, astrology, theology, even conspiracy theories—if it explained why people are the way they are, I wanted to know. But the more I learned, the more overwhelming it felt.

The truth is, knowing things doesn’t help until you start doing something with what you know. That’s what makes Bated Chaos different. It’s not just another collection of tips or philosophies—it’s about turning knowledge into action, no matter where you are or how chaotic your life feels.

With Bated Chaos, I’ll help you take the knowledge, tools, and insights from both the practical and “impractical,” and turn them into workable wisdom to make your life smoother, calmer, and more aligned with who you were always meant to be.

Chaos itself isn’t something to be avoided or feared, but something that can empower us if only we learn to respect it. Here, we don’t fight Chaos; we bate it. With patience and intention, we learn to pause, to see the bigger picture, and to use Chaos to propel us forward instead of holding us back.

I’m not here as an all-knowing guru (seven-year-old me might be disappointed), but as someone who’s struggled, who’s tried and failed, and who’s still figuring things out.

If you’re tired of feeling like Chaos has taken the wheel in your life, this is the place for you.

You’re not doing life wrong. You just haven’t figured out how to do it your way yet. You will. And I’m here to help.
